Avid runner/Lifter Been running since 2002. I've run two half marathons and a ton of 5-10k's. I run about 30-40 miles a week. I also love weight lifting. It's hard to balance the two sometimes but i try..i usually lift full body 3 times a week. I'm 42 years old and i hate to say but i'm in the best shape of my life now. I wish i had been this into fitness when i was in my 20's..but it's never to late.
